Enhanced illumination contrast with the fog and terrain
Physics code has been optimized

UI has been improved:
   - Coin count is shown with an icon now
   - Timer has been centered on top of the screen
   - The max jump counter is properly shown
   - Available jumps counter is now implemented
   - Tutorial text is now more readable when starting the game
